THE LOVE OF A MOTHER refers to how a mother's love is unique. They may not be perfect, but their love is unconditional. This is a thalo blue square piece made with oils and collage on linen. There is a painted photo of the face of Virgin Mary, which I borrowed from a painting by William Adolphe Bouguereau. There is also a photo of a red rose which I painted over and a beautiful image of mother and child. I believe in family and the right of every human being to be born.
