THE LOVE OF A MOTHER refers to how a mother's love is unique. They may not be perfect, but their love is unconditional. This is a thalo blue square piece made with oils and collage on linen. There is a painted photo of the face of Virgin Mary, which I borrowed from a painting by William Adolphe Bouguereau. There is also a photo of a red rose which I painted over and a beautiful image of mother and child. I believe in family and the right of every human being to be born. This is a tender piece with a powerful message. This painting is part of the collection STORY OF A WOMAN,a series of paintings about women and their essential role in society and family.

El Amor de Una Madre se refiere a cómo el amor de una mamá es único. Pueden no ser perfectas, pero su amor es incondicional. Es una obra cuadrada de tamaño mediano en colores azul turquesa y detalles en rojo. Una de las imágenes es la Virgen pintada originalmente por William Adolphe Bouguereau. También añadí una foto original mía de una rosa roja que luego pinté encima para realzar sus colores. Hay una tierna imagen de una madre con su hijo.
